The question isn't whether £15 is too expensive.
At £15 a month, the question investors are actually asking is: does Quoin Systems change the quality of my decisions?
That's a reasonable question. And it's the reason the free tier exists; not to tease features, but to let you answer it on a real property before you're asked to commit to anything.
If the free tier gives you one genuinely useful insight on one property; a yield figure that was wrong in your spreadsheet, a projection that changes how you see a purchase you're evaluating, then the paid tier is not a close decision. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing.

You'll see the prompt to upgrade to the Investor plan. The analysis you've already run on your first property stays visible. The portfolio view (where Quoin does some of its most useful work) only activates when you have more than one property on the platform.

It's genuinely useful. One property gets the full analysis: current value, ten-year projection, gross and net yield, and methodology notes. We'd rather you start with something valuable and upgrade because it proved its worth than sign up under pressure and cancel two weeks later.

Every projection is built on a real model using regional transaction data and market indicators. Every figure is accompanied by methodology notes that name the assumptions and flag where confidence is lower. No property projection is guaranteed, anyone who claims otherwise is misrepresenting what projections are.
